Travel Exemptions - Shipments to Australia
The Australian Government has tightened entry permits for people coming to, or shipping goods into Australia. Additional measures have been implemented by Customs (Australian Border Force) for the clearance of Household Goods and Personal Effects shipments. If you are not entitled to travel to Australia or have not obtained the necessary travel exemptions, we will not be granted permission for the import of your goods and we will not be able to clear your shipment. We will not ship out your goods unless you have a travel entry exemption into Australia. If there is a need to pack up your goods urgently, we are able to pack and keep your goods in Singapore until you have obtained your travel exemption to Australia.
